Random update: we got a new 19" full HDTV, and I tried displaying the comp screen on it, and the 1920x1080 size is SWEET! I then proceeded to play MB on it, and I set the res to 1920x1080 and it's even cooler. It's a bit slow because it's so big, but it looks awesome. A computer with better graphics would be awesome to play with on the TV (like my sister's comp, which she'll be taking to college in a week and a half). The forums in HD is cool too

Hard to see how big a screen that is. This is a screen in a skyscraper in town, I'd love to play MB on it!

At school, we have some boards called "SmartBoards". They project from a computer to a board at hi-res., and you can click on the board. Then, it actually moves the mouse on the computer screen!
But my friend, Trevor, found a way to plug in a laptop to access the SmartBoard. It might get us in a lot of trouble, but we could play MBP on a screen a couple feet across the diagonal.

There are SmartBoards at my school also... and they f**k up a lot. Its kinda funny to watch the teachers having no clue how to fix it when there is a problem.

SmartBoards aren't high res unless you have a super awesome comp, as they're the same resolution as the comp. (Usually 1280x1024 at my school.) They are fun though.

At school, we have some boards called "SmartBoards". They project from a computer to a board at hi-res., and you can click on the board. Then, it actually moves the mouse on the computer screen! Yep, we got those too. They're simply input devices, and the comp's screen is just projected directly onto the board. With the accompanying software, you can freeze the display of the projector, yet the input is still open! So sometimes when the teacher freezes the screen, people go up to the board and start drawing on it. It then appears all at once when the teacher unfreezes the screen. You could also make some cool games if you point the projector somewhere else, so you're blindly drawing on the board! And I DO have a 48" full HDTV. But for some reason full HD isn't compatible with PC input! The biggest size I can get is 1024x768! I use a VGA cord with the comp's DVI-to-VGA adaptor. I would need to use a DVI-HDMI cord or find that kind of adaptor, as we have plenty of extra HDMI cables. 48" HD MB!!!!!

Funny SmartBoard story from my math class two years ago - the projector was off but the board was on, and a kid (not knowing this) went up to the board and wrote FUCK... and then it showed up on the teacher's computer.
