I also am i member of "Geeks", a computer site that talks all about computers, and i love it! I have one of the best computers ever. It started out as a Lizard and became a Dino. I also recently passed my first semester at uni. I dunno why but i can't go back in. :/ I also hope that i will be in MB 1 year from now. Also, i have so many MSN friends, such as chris, andrew, hobo maan, and matan. Well anyways i can't think of nothing else so look below for the future.

-I go to jail to try to steal a laptop. Sadly, I will be in a cell with Luke!
-I will escape jail by digging a hole in the wall
-I will safely reach home, narrowly avoiding Ian, he being annoyed that we didn't succeed
-When I will play MBP after that, I had watched too much Blue's Clues, so I blue-scadood into the marble blast level. I tossed my marble OOB there (NOT MY BALLS! )
-I will escape MBP
-I will get invited to Hogwarts, School of Witchcraft and Wizardry (Lucky me )
-At Hogwarts, I noticed that 123zc1 was invited too. So was everyone else from the MB forums, though most are beyond age limits.

• MBR will not be released. It will probably be very inactive.

• There will be 2-3 new updates to Marble Blast Platinum, yet without any major new features.

• I will play custom levels less and less, and marble blast in general. For me, it will probably be more about the community and maintaining my website.

I'm not going to make any predictions. This year so far is pretty much a replication of last year. Some things have changed, but the theme and my outlook at life have not changed much at all. Some things I'll want to look for and respond to next year:

What time does school start? (Oh god, please be later than 6:30)
Is my PPD over 1? (Currently just under 1)
New members: quantity, quality, both, or neither?
How will I have progressed in Spanish/any other foreign language?
What kind of crazy obsessive projects will I have started?
How will my difficulty of writing have progressed?

I suppose I have to make one prediction, this one being about myself. I think I'll be just as active on the forums as I am right now.

Hi, everyone. I'm Marblefire!

Since I wasn't here last year, I'll be adding my predictions and a little about myself into this year's capsule.

I'm 14 1/2 (15 1/2 when you of the future read this), obviously a boy; I love soccer, computer games, movies, visiting with my friends, chicks , and a lot else as well. Better mention how I love the forums too, or everyone will hate me. (In all seriousness, I really do enjoy being in the community.)

Predictions (1 year from now):

Matan will still be here at the forums, although semi-active.

I will hopefully be a moderator or Council Member (I am currently in Junior Council, which I value as a great opportunity to help make decisions for these illustrious forums).

Phil may become inactive, as well as Aayrl. I don't think PF or Pablo (currently my best friend on the forums) will go away, however.

New active members will come, help contribute a lot to the forums, and get in good terms with those leading the forums in a year, eventually becoming staff of the future. Time will tell if, and who, those people will be.

MBF (and hopefully MBA) will be released, and most of the other mods will die. MBF, however, will not be as big a hit as MBP was. MBP patches will continue to come out, each time successfully improving the game.

More active members hopefully.

Wishful thinking:

I'll learn how to code.

People will stop mentioning "Andrew Sears" and "rape" in the same sentence.

I'll design a hit computer game, make millions, and live in a mansion.

IA will allow you to customize game controls (I hope so, but it may not happen), and add more games (very probable), and I'll get a ton of IA tokens (100% chance of happening ). See you there! Oh yeah, maybe I'll also get my Multiplayer connection issues fixed on IA.

I am Phil. I currently play MarbleBlast Platinum, Trackmania United Forever and design beautiful ( ) maps for MOH AA: Breakthrough. If you wondering why I've been inactive for the past month, that's because I took part in a track-building competition for TMUF, called StarTrack. StarTrack is a competition where the judges (which are the developers of the game) assess everybody's entries. Basically, the good ones go into a special campaign. The people who made the good tracks usually advance to the next round. It's a sort of process of elimination. There were 6 rounds, and I made it to Round 5, the semifinal. I personally think I was shocked making it that far, considering that there are track-builders that are better than me. I was a bit disappointed on having not making Round 6, but I was happy about having about 4 of my tracks in the campaign (which is pretty good).

Okay, enough about StarTrack and here are my predictions:

- I will think of a great idea. (or some )
- Mini-Marble Golf: Masters Open will be released in 2009.
- I will have over 1500 posts.
- MarbleBlast Platinum 1.12 will be released late 2008.
- The Leaderboards staff will encounter more and more hackers.
- I hope to get an iPod touch for Christmas
- I hope to learn the Cocoa programming language
- I will probably play MB less, and as PF said, focus on my website.
- MBA or MBR could be released any time next year.
- Some old members (such as Jayar) could return to the forum.
- I will be as inactive as the time of developing MarbleBlast Platinum
- Many of the Marble Blast mods currently in development won't make it to release.
- I will (hopefully) be able to run all of my Windows programs in Mac via CrossOver.

There are probably more, but I can't think of anything else right now.

Hey, it's me again. I'm now a freshman in college, in my first semester. Obviously, I graduated from high school and got a diploma. I have also gotten my driver's license, so look out world.

MB-wise, I am no longer in the Council, but I am a member of the Junior Council. I downloaded Constructor earlier this year and have made some of my best levels with it. I also recently started making custom skyboxes in Terragen.

And in sports, the Pats are currently 6-4 and are doing good, but not as well as last year.

Predictions:
- I will pass my first two semesters in college and do well on my finals, and will have started my sophomore year.
- I will regain a spot in the regular Council.
- A member who has not been seen yet will become a Junior Council member.
- I will make two more Doors series packs before discontinuing it.
- MBA and MBF will be released and be successful.
- MBR and MBE will be cancelled.
- Kurt and Lukie will try to get back on the forums at least once.
- Level of the Month will have been either discontinued or radically modified.
- I will have made over 20 skyboxes.
- I will have around 4,000 posts, but probably less active.
- I will continue making levels, but at slower pace.
- A current, respected member will do something bad and be suspended or banned.
- Aayrl, Riblet, Cyberfox, and Brixar will have retired.
- Phil and PF will spend more time on their websites and be less active.
- Matan will be around, but not as often as before. Power will shift to Technostick.
- I will be forced to be away from the forums for an extended length of time, possibly due to some sort of computer failure.
- The Pats will reach the playoffs, but lose in the first round.
- Matan will realize Macs are better and buy one.

Current Status:

MB addicted surely, was first year in high school, more homework, but not as much as affecting my play time. You also might see I've been less active and less playing MB, I was in GTA messing around, but trying to get rid of it too much negative comments.

As it was my firsy year, I did faily normal which was pretty bad as I thought I did good before. Not trying to improve though; annoying thing.

You also see I no longer make vids often. Firstly I was lazy because I hate putting my camera in front of me, secondly, not much levels are good to record, even if there is, someone else gonna record.

Predictions (A few months onwards)[/i]

-Will be less and less playing MB (Fun factor will be decreased), but will still play it regularly.
-Might be less active due to lifes or whatever.
-Maybe in Jr. Council, but not expected.
-MBP 1.11 LB was always quiet and hopefully will become more people there.
-I will sure pass 2000 posts, but that will take some time.
-After Christmas and new year, I might gain some money, hopefully being able to buy a xbox 360.
-Level of the Month will soon be cancelled due to very few level competing and voting.
-After some years, Moshe might be back and release the rest of the camps.
-As everyone said, Matan will soon give up his seat and give it to others.
-Hopefully all planned mods will be finally getting finished and released to the public.

I joined The Marble Blast Forums in March, but I haven't gotten involved until recently, when I started Marble Blast Emerald again.

I had started it once before but never to this success. We are only a bit of the way done with that and more is to come.

I can't believe how much people are helpful around here, and I don't want that to change.

I play MBE, MBG, MBP, MBO and I can't wait for MBF, MBR, MBA, and MB+!

I own a Wii and a DS.

I am a huge Metroid fan, and am on the local swim team.

I haven't been terribly active recently (took an unannounced hiatus for schoolwork, seemed pointless to get everyone worked up about me leaving and figured they'd ask on MSN before disowning me from my staff positions ), so I can't make many forum-related predictions. I can however say some things about my personal life that I could have some fun trying to predict.

>Kaylee will have returned for a visit from France at least once, and we'll have finally gotten a chance to do real dates and such.

Hi all! I wasn't able to make one last year or earlier, but what the heck now.

My nickname is Dushine, real name you can tell from my e-mail adress. I like to play Marble Blast, and also other games, I also like to play Football and a few other sports.

My predictions for next year are as follows:

- I will hopefully be still active though studies might as well be tougher.
- I will have 2000 posts most likely.
- The forums will have 700 members or more.
- A new member will gain great respect and become staff.
- Someone will get banned for uncalled for behavior and hopefully not me .
- Cyberfox, Aayrl and a few others will get a hiatus but not leave hopefully.
- Matan will retire for some time to finish off a few educational issues.
- He will have 600 or more videos all excellent as currently (Matan).
- The MBG/P records will be transferred into the Leader boards.
- I will hit the top 3 in ranking in MBOnline.
- I will have released MBG Times: Inermediate, Advanced and maybe even/going for MBP Times.
- I will fix my Youtube problem and watch videos freely.
- I will be able to upload videos when I format my computer.
- I will get much better and more harder to beat records in MBO.
- I will be ranked 5th or lower in MBP Leader boards.
- I will sustain an injury of some sort.
- I will fix my internet connection or get a totally faster one.
- I will make levels if I remember the techniques I used to use long ago (if I did).
- Epic matches in MBO will happen and more marks like the 300 mark on sprawl will be beaten in MBU.
- MBU patch update will come out and will rock.
- Almost forgot about the mods, MBF, MBA will release and be a hit and MBR not as much.
- The other mods will die out and to no avail.
- Many more things will happen and I will probably be more of a competition with Pascal and some other people.
- I will introduce my paths video with new sick or great paths!
- MBO updated version will come out and it will rock even more.
- Junior Council members maybe become Council members like MF, AS etc.
- More stuff will happen that I can't seem to think of now as I am racing against time.

Summary
Hello, people of the future! I've risen a lot in rank since I posted in the 2007 capsule; I was made a permanent Council Member and then Vice President. My levels have been pretty good this year; however, many of them (the MMG ones) are still unreleased and I hope to release them pretty soon in a large pack. My other levels have either won LotM or came in second, including Phantom Train, Quintuplified, Efficiency, and Maximum Force; and my latest, Descent with Modification should do pretty well too.

And now for the predictions! I was just about right on last year, so I hope I'll be just as correct this time.

Admin: Matan (semi-inactive, but hasn't left the forums)

-Technostick (only posts about once a week or less)
-Pablo (manages LotM, LotY, level comps, and other competitions, and makes most of the levels among "veteran" level makers)
-PF (doesn't make levels but still helps out with MBP and forum affairs)
-Andrew (daily mod activities)
-Marblefire (does MotD)
-Phil (inactive but still helps with MBP sometimes)
Moderators:
-Oaky (just as silly as ever)
-Riblet (semi-inactive)
-Aayrl (mostly spams when he's here, which isn't often )

Status of Mods
MBP: on version 2.2, massive changes have been implemented which makes it much more fun, such as increased support for custom level downloading and more interactive play.
MBA: dead. Will probably happen within a week of this post.
MBR: dead. Will probably happen within a month of this post.
MB+: dead. Will probably not be officially announced.
MBE: dead. Will probably not be officially announced.
MBX: dead. Will probably not be officially announced.
MBM: dead. Will probably not be officially announced.
MBC: dead. Will probably not be officially announced.
MBB: dead. Will probably not be officially announced.
MBD: dead. Will probably not be officially announced.
MBE: dead. Will probably not be officially announced.
MBF: quite a success when it's released, but not as much as MBP. Levels are considered to be sub-par.
I won't continue with this list of dead mods.

In a year, I hope that people will have learned their lesson and not tried to create too many more mods.

Other Predictions
-I will win at least 3 of the 6 LotM competitions, and will win or come very close to winning LotY 2008.
-MBP will get some great new levels, as well as upgrades (mostly done by me)
-Andrew will not rape people any more, and the forums will have found a new person to blame it on
-A "new" member will rise to power, then be demoted after performing inappropriate actions
-The forums will be more popular than ever and be well over 800 members! We will have about twice as many active members as now, making an average of 20 levels per month.

Meh name is y. Oak-y. I have a cat. She is getting old. I have a family. They are getting old as well. But not as old as my cat. And you have to times my cats age by 7 because it's in cat years.
I've just started Year 9 early due to a program at my school. We have really good teachers. I hope they haven't changed when I read this again, although I'll be in Year 10 by then.
Now for le predictions (yay, I can speak French! *side note: I'm doing Jap. Hope I still am in a year*).

Predictions

~ I will have a Wii. I will have Zelda: Twilight Princess and it will be the best game I have ever played. Ever.

~ BotL :: MBP will be over and a level everybody likes will win.

~ I will have released No Jumping! finally as well as some other levels that as of this moment are planned/being worked on

~ We will have solved Level Stop in Amnesya and will be up to whatever will come after level AI

~ I will still call Riblet Ribelt

~ The LBs will become overly crammed with custom levels and so a system is put in place where you select which levels you want in your folder and all times are saved ever if a particular level isn't in the folder
