Whenever I play a level in MBP, all of the regular sounds are there except for rolling, magnets, fans, and tornados. I know that similar things happen regularly with the level editor activated, but it isn't activated. This isn't a serious problem, but does anyone know how to fix this?
Thanks.

That's odd. Check first to make sure the Sound volume slider is up.

Yes, it is up. Even more than the music.

Rename mbpprefs.cs and mbpprefs.cs.dso in the username/library/marbleblast/platinum/client to 1mbpprefs.cs and 1mbpprefs.cs.dso to see if maybe some audio value in there is botching it up.
If that didn't fix it, rename it back then check to make sure there are no dso's in the username/library/marbleblast/common + subfolders. If it did, post the contents of that mbpprefs here.

Which version of MBP are you using? original MBP 1.20 or 1.20r2 ?

Thanks for the help PF and Matan.
Doing that made MBP go back to how it would be right after getting it. No UTs, PTs, EEs, etc. But once again, TIME MACHINE BACKUPS SAVED THE DAY!!
There are a lot of .dso things in the subfolders. Also, in username/library/marbleblast/common/server is a file called "audio.cs.dso". Any idea if that helps?
MBP 1.20.

Yeah lol that was the point. You were supposed to check if the sounds worked after doing that. You didn't need to do a time machine restore, I was going to tell you to delete the new mbpprefs it created and rename the 1mbpprefs back to mbpprefs to restore everything So yeah.. try #2
