Alright, Platform Race is uploaded!!! There are so many cool things that MP's do, I am amazed at myself!!! Matan will need to adjust UT now, as the nukes are smaller ( , try and work out why this would lower the UT ). And Lonestar, it turns out those blue lines do matter! They are the interior size limit, thanks anyway... . So, what do you think about it all. Personally, I love it. EDIT: Got a really cool thing, wait until the platform has left the first challenge and move against the wall where the first two signs have been. You will get trapped beneath the sign of the second challenge. Move very slowly out from underneath it, and if you get it right you will be shot the exact height needed to get to the finish. Rock on! EDIT2: FYI, the level has an EE. Find it, and more importantly, get it! Do you guys like the Finish Sign as well?

Awesome! The MPs are absolutely crazy! 9.999/10Only one mistake: on the challenge with the tornado and nukes, the trim surrounding the vertical yellow wall is not textured. Highlight it, then click on "adjust texture but keep scaling to minimum." Also do this with the brown squares texture behind that wall. Love the EE as well.

THIS. IS. THE. BEST. FUCKING. CONVERSION. EVER!!!!!! Seriously, this level now has an incredible feel that the original did not. It is highly fun and replayable. All the MPs were creative, especially the trim that came in and out of the large pole, and the moving scenery (MORE MOVING SCENERY W00T! ) I didn't see the error that Pablo did, however, must be his computer. Haven't found the EE yet, though. I highly recommend that everyone download this level, as (imo) it is one of the best conversions in MBP.

Regarding the assignments: Phil has quite a lot of levels to do, so I'd welcome the opportunity to do Despair, it will be good practice for my upcoming MP series. EDIT: Could someone please upload despair.mis, please? Mine is screwed up.

Traplaunching is not an issue due to the gems. Starting PR2 now. Everything's gonna be mirror-image, textures are gonna be changed and path_node value are gonna be changed. I hope to be done in 24 and a bit hours.

I wish to report that I have changed the MBG readme file to reflect MBP. I included a little information about GMD, changed all the Golds to Platinums, fixed URLs, etc. Are we including a readme in the final release?

The list below were all the complaints ever listed on Pool... go and tick which were fixed {Pablo's comments} Pool: The wooden flanks after the fan are WAY too high, lower them a bit please {Don't know what that means, but all the fans seem right to me} The gem on the top (after the fan at the first pool) has stretched interiors beneath... gah Now, there is an easter egg on the first floor... it is possible to get there but I'd like to see the green thingy raised by 4 units (2 whole textures). Same of when you go out of the 2nd teleport, i'd like to see the green thingy raised. {Not sure if already done, but I know Matan told me to lower it earlier... leaving as it is} About Pool I only have 2 final complaints before the level's perfect. 1) Remove 2 units off the wall (and same for the one after the teleporter) by removing the green wall below the black line. {Did that, but told me to raise it... staying as it is} img293.imageshack.us/my.php?image=pool1hr8.jpgThat's all

Ok, the GM bit is fine, just realigned gem. Also, the floors there.. have a gap next to trim, watch out as it needs fixing.

I just found out about the messed up bit. It looks fine in QuArK. So I remade that whole section, and guess what? THE DIF WAS AGIN FUCKED UP!!! So now I'm making it for a third time, trying some different techniques. Btw, great job on the item placement Andrew. EDIT: I have tried everything. Whenever I recreate the damaged area, it has broken polys. When I delete the broken polys (otherwise M2D won't work) and reopen the map, the challenge is messed up. I give up for now.

Try without closing the map after saving (like that prob u had with Crash Course) and then DIF it. Or just do it 90 degs angle

Good idea, but I have to close and re-open the map before converting because there are broken polys! (And the "search for broken polys" doesn't seem to work). Perhaps I will do it at a 90 degrees angle like you said and then rotate it to 50 degrees in the LE.
