Powerup PuzzlesPowerup Puzzles was a series of short and quick custom levels created in 2007 by Technostick. Basically, the player was expected to figure out how to use the provided powerups in order to reach the finish. This series's legacy still remains within the Marble Blast community today, as many of the techniques used in the levels are used in speedruns to this day. Some of these techniques that originated with the Powerup Puzzles include using a Gyrocopter in conjunction with a Super Jump in order to gain more height, and using a Super Jump while falling to cushion your landing. This will not be the only video I do of past levels and level packs from after the time GarageGames's custom level archive stopped collecting levels. Upcoming videos will include the Mini Marble Golf pack, the Art of Moving Platforms series (also by Technostick), and other random levels from the CLA (custom level archive) packs. So stay tuned! =) Song used: Every River - Brooks & Dunn Enjoy! =) www.youtube.com/watch?v=emlQbtpwjZA

Four Paths (18.43)The newest level from George, a relative newcomer to the MB community. His level building skills have been steadily improving, and this is his best level so far. The interior is well-built, the level is replayable and fun, and there is definitely potential for pathway-finding. Though there is a lack of creativity/originality, I still enjoy this level. With that said, this video shows the ultimate time pathway for this level. The world record, currently held by imperialcuirassier, is 17.68. I assume that this path is the one (or close to the one) he used. Nothing special about the path really; it's not hard to pull off. Marble Mini Golf: Holes 1-9Back (again) with a new video! Preparing for the college semester, plus working on PlatinumQuest, has kept me from recording much over the last two weeks. The Marble Mini Golf level pack was started by Technostick in 2006. It was based off Matan's idea of a massive mini-golf level, which never got off the ground. Technostick revived the idea and made it into a community project. Several people pitched in, and the pack was ultimately released in February of 2007. None of these runs are world records, and in some cases the WR path was too hard for me to pull off (Hole 3 for example). But these runs are still good imo. The speedruns of holes 10 through 18 will be uploaded within the next couple of days. Creators: Hole 1 - Technostick Hole 2 - Bobby Holes 3, 6, 7 - Jase Hole 4 - Perishingflames Hole 5 - Luca Hole 8 - Tech Geek Hole 9 - Phil Song used: Long Line of Losers - Montgomery Gentry Enjoy! =) www.youtube.com/watch?v=RXpaBFKNWoA

Marble Mini Golf: Holes 10-18The speedruns for the back nine holes of the Marble Mini Golf pack. Of these, only Hole 17 does not use the world record pathway (I was never able to pull it off; always went OOB at the start). I would be remiss if I did not make note of the run for Hole 11. It's one of the most unbelievable and hilarious runs I've ever caught on camera. I was somehow able to be hit by the moving platform in a way that let me reach the finish in less than 10 seconds. This happened twice; the first time was off-camera and I managed a sub-8 time. I thought it was a total fluke and would not happen again. But sure enough it did, and this time I had iShowU HD running. That is the run that you will see in the video. The hilarious part is that I nearly had a spectacular fail at the end to ruin the run...watch the vid to see what I mean. =P Hole creators: Hole 10 - Ian Hole 11 - Whirligig Hole 12 - Perishingflames Hole 13 - Beau Hole 14 - Darkness Shadow Hole 15 - Tech Geek Hole 16 & 17 - Phil Hole 18 - Jeff Song used: Hillbilly Deluxe - Brooks & Dunn Enjoy! =) www.youtube.com/watch?v=sCX2DViLE3g

Random MBG & MBP levels: Volume VMy oldest video series gets a brand new entry after a three month hiatus! Levels and times listed in the beginning of the video, as always. Special thanks to Xelna for many of the pathways (particularly on Double LoopLoop, Technoropes, Mini Marble Golf, Ramp Madness, and Medieval Maze). Tower (33.71)A speedrun of Pokko's excellent custom level, using Vattu's pathway. This path isn't that hard to pull off, though at the same time it's easy to mess up. =P It's not possible, unfortunately, to directly reach the finish pad with the Super Speed, I tried several times. Marble Blast Advanced CompilationMarble Blast Advanced was released a week ago, and here is a collection of speedruns of six of its levels. I would have released a video sooner, but schoolwork has kept me busy. None of these runs are WRs, and I don't have the time or patience at the moment to try and improve them. Old Custom Level Speedruns: Volume VIII"Wait a minute," you're probably thinking. "Didn't this series end two months ago with Volume VII?" Yes, the series was originally supposed to end with the seventh video. But over time I found more levels that I was able to speedrun. So I decided to record these levels and compile them into one video, and add this video to my Old Custom Level Speedruns series. =) As usual, I give full credits to the level and pathway creators.
