Portal 2 Co-Op Mode: Team Building Course (Part 1)This video shows me and Mkbul in the cooperative mode of Portal 2, which was released a few days ago. In cooperative mode two players have to work together to solve puzzles involving portals. The two of us have done several hours of cooperative play together (and still haven't finished yet). Both the co-op and singleplayer modes are really fun, and overall this is one of the best games I've ever played. The team building course is the first (and easiest) course in co-op mode. This is actually our second run of this course, hence the reason for our reasonably quick play. Part 1 shows the first three test chambers. If you haven't played this course yet, this video is a huge spoiler, so watch it at your own risk! Enjoy! =) www.youtube.com/watch?v=f0y60ZhHAak

Despair (1:21.89)I haven't uploaded a Marble Blast video in a while, so here's a speedrun of Despair. Not a world record, just showing people how to achieve the UT on this level. I love iMovie '11 - it's a lot better than the '08 version (what I was using before), so I added a few cool effects to the title screen and ending screen, and some new transitions. =) Song used: Somewhere Else - Toby Keith Enjoy! =) www.youtube.com/watch?v=p5NLMiWPrMA

Technostar's House (13.98)Apologies for the lack of videos lately...I've been busy in the last few weeks of the college semester finishing up homework and projects, and I've been studying for my final exams. I will be finished for the summer after next week, so I will have more time to bring you awesome Marble Blast and Portal videos. I have a couple of new video series planned that I will start very soon. I won't reveal what they will be about right now, but look out for an announcement in a couple of weeks. The level shown in this quick video is by Technostar, who has made several custom levels and has posted them on the forums through his father (since Technostar himself is too young to join). This level may look easy to speedrun, but you actually need to be fairly precise with the Super Speed usage. I made some mistakes during the run, and the lowest this path could go is sub-12.5, in my estimation. Song used: Hell on the Heart - Eric Church Enjoy! =) www.youtube.com/watch?v=GnWuCo_DLn4

MBU/O Conversions PackBack in late 2009, when InstantAction and Marble Blast Online were still up and running, I thought it would be a fun project to take a few of the original levels from MBU/MBO and remake them in Marble Blast Platinum. This pack was completed around Christmas 2009 and contained six levels - Cube Root, Endurance, Urban Jungle, Tree House, Skate to the Top, and The Road Less Traveled. I tried to remain as faithful to the original levels as possible. Five of the levels are shown here - the only one not spedrun was Skate to the Top. These runs were of varying levels of difficulty to achieve. Endurance's speedrun was achieved on the first attempt, while TRLS took literally hundreds of attempts. There were some mistakes made, and each run could likely be improved. Song used: Old Alabama - Brad Paisley feat. Alabama Enjoy! =) www.youtube.com/watch?v=oDV7e0t68cU

Sandstone Climb (18.75); Fast Lane (42.48); Learning the Basics (7.18)This video could have also been titled "A Mixed Bag", since it features three levels from three different eras in Marble Blast history. Sandstone Climb is a recent level by Threefolder, made in the current era where custom levels are becoming more and more scarce. Fast Lane is an old custom level from Marble Blast's early years, when the level editor was still being learned and was the prominent tool for level builders. Learning the Basics is a Director's Cut level from MBP, which ushered in the "golden age" of MB history, when there were many custom levels being pumped out using MBP's new features, textures, and skies. Song used: Love You - Jack Ingram Enjoy! =) www.youtube.com/watch?v=tujW2NkAdf4

Twist, Turn, and Flip (29.58)If you're wondering why I haven't made any videos lately, that's because I haven't had many ideas for them. I do have a new video series in the works, however, that should come out very soon. So stay tuned for that, subscribers! In the meantime, here's a sub-30 second run of Lamp47's first custom level. I think it's good for a first level, although there can be improvements in texturing and alignment, as well as creativity. The run could be improved by 3-4 seconds I think. Community Group Levels: Volume IFrom June 2006 to May 2009, the Marble Blast community collaborated to create a series of eight levels, known as Community Group Levels, or CGLs. These eight levels took varying lengths of time to complete, are varied in difficulty and quality, and were sometimes frustrating to hold together. =P This first video in the series shows speedruns of CGLs 1, 2, and 3. I hope to get the remainder of them recorded by the end of the month. =) Songs used: Country Must Be Country Wide - Brantley Gilbert Homeboy - Eric Church Credits:: CGL 1 Leader: Matan Participants: Luca, Andrew Sears, Tristan "Dragon", Beau, Bobby, Whirligig, Andrew Patterson, Matan CGL 2 Leaders: Technostick & Andrew Sears Participants: Andrew, Perishingflames, Darkness Shadow, Phil, Ian, ShadowMarble, Xelna, Oaky CGL 3 Leader: Tech Geek Participants: Darkness Shadow, Perishingflames, Ian, Andrew Sears, Matan, Tech Geek Enjoy! =) www.youtube.com/watch?v=1-S6rx_Lrg4
