It's a valid suggestion, MBP is supposed to be an environment for all ages.

How about make it an option, like on WoW to let them get past or not.. those of us who would desperatly like to see curse words would either be able to change it on PhilsEmpire or in the MBP files...

I second the option.

XelnaWhen you say those words it will replace them ex: ~ Fuck - Oh no ~ Shit - Damn ~ Ass - Not a so good person

Post by Xelna on Apr 30, 2009 17:02:43 GMT
But if you say : ''I'm currently scratching my ass'' it will turn into ''I'm currently scratching my not a so good person'' Sometimes it could be annoying, don't you think? Just my opinion... maybe just because I like to say bad words to evacuate frustration

Yeah thats true, or if ou say: Fuck your mother, it will say Oh no your mother!

''Fuck you'' would be ''Oh no you''...
Anyways, who ever said that we should include a Gold Time with the already existant Platinum and Ultimate Times... I second him...

If you put friction code in a .mis the game will read it as well as any friction code anywhere else. I mean that it is not necessary to create yet another file for custom frictions to be installed. What's the friction code?

A friction code is a code which allows you to make or change existent frictions. Its not so hard to make and i have made thousands in the past but never used them. You can change the bouncing, friction, and name of the texture or even create new codes so you can use them for other textures you make.

So what's the syntax for the code (like "defaultmarble.gravity=3;")?

- Add to Leaderboards the same achievements as in singleplayer, and add Gold Times as well. - New achievements - Statistics screen displays Total Time for MBP & MBG separate difficulties. On the Leaderboards, players can see other players' total times for MBG/P. Just voted for 4 of them I think... Next patch will be great, I hope (it will)

could there be a "play random level" button? or maybe in the search, all played levels are green while unplayed levels are red or something.

New options for Checkpoints: DoResetTime (true or false): Checkpoint will save the time when you land on it, and when you re-spawn, it will reset the time to the time you landed on it. (To lower times on huge levels. RespawnAmounts (number): Amount of times you can re-spawn before you have to start over. (To only let a person re-spawn a few times to be evil. > )

The DoResetTime is an idea I'm totally against. When you go OOB after a checkpoint and respawn on it, I consider it still part of doing the level, therefore being part of the time. Though I'm okay with the second.

We need a "Restart at Latest Checkpoint" button, for situations where you can't go OOB, but don't want to start the whole level over.
