In reading the 2007 Time Capsule which was just unburied, I noticed a lot of predictions that have now come true, as well as many that have not. Post them and discuss them here.  I'll start off: Tech Geek was sure wrong about a lot of stuff. He got kicked out of everything he mentioned, and predicted completely the opposite of everything that actually happened, with the exception of Andrew being smarter than him. |

I'm just going to quote all my predictions here and comment on them. This came true. MBA has not been released, and no news on it has been announced in a while. My comment about it being less-liked than MBP was a bit mean, and I bet it will do quite well if it's ever released. This did indeed occur; I won LotM-Feb with Bounce Control, along with Phil. I am indeed in college, but still as active as before, and am still making levels. Not quite - I have a little more than 2,900 posts at the time of this posting. Way off. I got dismissed from the Council not long after the capsule was buried. Technostick is still here as well. As some know, this has lessened, but certainly not stopped completely.  I did drop the Captain Obvious identity, but I am raping people more than ever. Came true (yay!) Nope - they lost in the ALCS to the Rays. THEY CAME SO CLOSE!!!...but they lost to the Giants.  |

Let's see....: Amen. Now at 500+! Sporadically happens. Pretty much true Almost correct, as I stopped MBP quizzes for a bit. Almost entirely stopped. Now it's MBA, MBP and 478417847814612648174 other mods. Got a 360, managed to get divergence on MBP, overall success. Greatest miss ever. Still in MB like always, but I found other things too like MBO, RA3 and other C&C games. Also loving speedruns Hopefully... 1st semester yes, 2nd semester only 1/4 subjects is a 'yes' as I'm still waiting for results. This was true until I screwed up with LS So I'll take it as correct anyway. Basic Agility Course and Learn the Edge Hit among other levels actually had 0 complaints from him. Also on some decisions he also agreed. OMG. There is a hack but cbf as it's becoming less appealing for me. And still happens. Probably happened lol. |

Pablo, you were right. You're VP of the council now! Mkbul was waay off though. He thought that a bunch of us were going to be mods, and Matan wouldn't be the only admin. |

My predictions were pretty right on. I am far less active (I used to be a posting hound, now not so much although I do visit the forums a lot). I do almost have 3000 posts (2700 exactly as of this post), and many users have become less active and quit (Homesar, Moshe, Robot Marble, Unknown for the most part, Otto for a long time, Darkness Shadow, Nibbler, Ross for the most part, etc). The forums do have more than 400 members, Matan didn't take a long leave from Marbleblast, but a leave nonetheless. MBP is a huge success. MBA isn't released or nearly released (was wrong on this one). A new member has came and come in close contact with us (that sounded sick). I haven't any Lotm's (only have released one level since, lol). And finally, Pablo has won much more competitions than Oakster |

lolz I never predicted anything! And unfortunately I can't remember much what the forums were like a year ago  Well throughout the last year I sorta thought the forums would like, die down a ton and stuff. (ha and that has a lot to do with the fact that I tend to predict the worst possible scenario, and I tend not to like change as much, which is one reason I liked the first 6 months of the forums the best, when it was a real small community). Luckily I was wrong and the forums still rock. I also doubt I would have thought I would be officially leaving the forums a year later. (more on that later and in a different place). OMG. In my head, I just unconsciously quoted a line from a song! Wow, strange. If anyone knows the song Rockstar by Nickelback, somewhere he says "This life hasn't turned out quite the way I want it to be." and I was gonna type "this last year hasn't turned out quite the way I wanted" Well as you can see in my signature I've decided on having my last post be on next Friday, exactly 2 years since I joined. I just thought it'd be cool that way. Hopefully you'll see more posts from me in the next week. |

I think the two people who really predicted best were Perishingflames and Pablo. However, PF amazingly said exactly what I was going to say about his predictions  (proof of his amazing mental powers), so I'll talk about Pablo's. Pablo: -I will be a council member, perhaps even VP -MBP will be released and most people will love it, except Technostick who will still hate things about it -I will create more levels for myself, as well as levels for MBA -I'll probably stay about as active as I am now, maybe a little more active once marching band ends -A few more of my school friends will join the forums -Matan will not be quite as active as he is now, but he will not leave or anything -I will FINALLY get MSN  -There will be less disputes and flaming problems Pretty much everything here is right (especially the first one ). Pablo, where did you get your extraordinary future-seeing powers from? |

The only thing was the VP which was an hilarious timing, and he's like that only because of the level competition. Otherwise, he is wrong about that |
