Additionally, we've added a new organization method to the threads found within the support forum. We'll be adding tags to support threads as they're resolved or fall out of date due to lack of inactivity. The following tags are:
[Old] - Outdated, User posted but never responded and/or resolved their issue without informing us. In some cases, a Support Moderator did not notice the user posted back and there was no bump (user likely have left the forums), so the thread is now dead.
[Resolved] - Issue is resolved.
[Open] - Issue is awaiting a response (From a Support Moderator or the original poster).
