Dear members,
To better help guests and members with their support questions and decrease the amount of useless information given, we've decided to limit the number of people who can post solutions or help.
While we have no problems with guests and members alike asking support questions, we find that solutions could be posted much faster and with less hassle.
From now on, only members listed as 'Support Moderators' (and their name is part of the Moderator list of this board), can respond to support questions. However, if none of these Moderators post within 48 hours of the time of query, any member or guest can post and help in that topic.
If you know a solution and the Support Moderators do not, simply send a Personal Message to any Council Member requesting permission to post in that topic. If permission is given, do make sure to write in your post which of the Council Members had given you permission.
